Of all the sharks out there, Mike spoke with the voice of reason, with attention to detail, no none sense attitude. Hiring Mike and team was a smart decision for the removal of asbestos around pipes in 1930’s house both in the basement and in the attic. Within a couple of days of requesting a quote on line, Mike came over to the house on a Friday and made a series of suggestions that fit the project at hand. Within 10 days of the required state notice period, on the following week, Mike called me to notify me of the time Mike and the crew was going to show up at the house. In one day, on a Saturday, all the work was done, all the debris was removed and both the basement and the attic were clean or cleaner than when they first came. No issues or problems whatsoever. By the following Monday, the office sent me the paid in full invoice and the certificate of completion of the project. No hassles, no hangovers, no headaches, no pushing the envelope.
